Will to Give Week
7th-11th September 2026

Celebrating the difference gifts in Wills can make

Will to Give Week is back from 7-11 September 2026, bringing charities, supporters and professionals across Northern Ireland together to celebrate the lasting difference that gifts in Wills can make.

Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing stories that show the real impact of legacy giving, raising awareness of the importance of making a Will and encouraging more people to think about the causes they would like to support in the future.

A gift in a Will doesn’t have to be large to make a difference. After taking care of the people closest to you, even a small gift to a cause you care about can help charities continue their work for years to come.

What’s happening during Will to Give Week?

Throughout Will to Give Week, we’ll be celebrating legacy giving across Northern Ireland and sharing information, stories and resources for charities, supporters and professionals.

For Will to Give members

This year, we’re delighted to welcome legacy fundraising expert Sam Devlin to Belfast for an interactive member workshop on Wednesday 9 September.

The session will explore the Gifts in Wills Decision Map, helping charities take an audience-led approach to their supporter journey, identify opportunities for growth and strengthen their legacy giving programmes.

Will to Give members have already been sent details of how to register for the workshop.
