BOOK YOUR SPOT TODAY!

We’re so excited to be holding our first in-person event since the pandemic co-hosted with NICVA, the Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action, a membership and representative umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland.

This FREE in-person event will be an opportunity for Legacy Fundraisers to explore issues, trends, and solutions since the pandemic within legacy giving in Northern Ireland alongside exploring ‘hot topics’ in greater details.

Morning Programme

The morning session is open to Will to Give members, who are encouraged to bring a guest from the voluntary and community sector who is new to or beginning legacy fundraising.

Arrival and refreshments for Will to Give members and guests takes place from 9:30am before the day starts at 10am with a ‘Welcome’ speech from Nicola Kelly, Will to Give Chair. This is followed by breakout discussions around ‘Hot Topics’ and a follow up plenary.

Lunch provided from 12-1pm

Afternoon Programme

The afternoon session is open to anyone in the voluntary and community sector interested in starting or developing their legacy giving programme. In the afternoon, we will focus on the landscape of gifts in Wills in Northern Ireland.

Arrival for non-Will to Give members with refreshments from 12:45pm. From 1pm, the Master (High Court) of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland opens the afternoon session. Following the welcome, there will be a brief overview of Legacy Giving for those who are new to legacy fundraising before we hear from our three guest speakers. The day finishes with a chance to have your questions answered by our panel of experts before we sum up and finish at 3:30pm.
