AWARE has quickly adapted its support services by moving support groups online, opening a support line service, and continuing with its support mail service during the Coronavirus pandemic.

AWARE Online Support Groups
For anyone over 18 struggling with depression or bipolar disorder. The groups are run over Zoom. Details can be found here: aware-ni.org/how-we-can-help-you/aware-ni-online-support-groups Please email email@example.com to register your interest for a support group.
AWARE Support Mail Service
This is an email service for mental health advice and signposting. Members of Team AWARE will respond to queries to offer advice, support and information around depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
