AWARE has quickly adapted its support services by moving support groups online, opening a support line service, and continuing with its support mail service during the Coronavirus pandemic.

AWARE Online Support Groups

AWARE Support Mail Service
This is an email service for mental health advice and signposting. Members of Team AWARE will respond to queries to offer advice, support and information around depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. Contact info@aware-ni.org
COVID-19 Webpage
A dedicated page set up to offer advice and support around looking after mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic. Features a wide range of resources and signposts to services.
