What we do
Every day of your life matters – from the first to the last. And when you’re living with a terminal illness, you feel that more than ever.
That’s where Marie Curie comes in. Our nurses work night and day, in people’s homes across Northern Ireland, providing hands-on care and vital emotional support. Our Belfast hospice offers specialist round-the-clock care. And we support people throughout their illness by giving practical information, support from trained volunteers and being there when someone wants to talk.
Whether it’s terminal cancer or any other illness, we want people to be able to get the most from the time they have left.
Gifts in Wills
Over the last 60 years, thanks to legacies from people like you, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people and families. But our ageing population means more and more people are living with a terminal illness.
Even now, carers say seven out of every 10 people with a terminal illness don’t get all the care and support they need.
We don’t think that’s good enough.
A gift in your Will would help us to do more, for more of the people who need us, for years to come. Because every day matters when you’re living with a terminal illness.
