Charis Cancer Care: here to ensure no-one in NI, has to face cancer alone

Every day in Northern Ireland 37 individuals receive the devastating news of a cancer diagnosis. This life-altering moment not only affects them but also impacts their families and loved ones.

Charis Cancer Care aims to ensure that no one faces cancer alone, offering a sanctuary of support through various therapeutic services.

Our services are free and cater to anyone over 18 affected by cancer, including families, and those grieving a loss due to cancer.

Our services are offered free of charge to clients and include:

  • Counselling – delivered in-person or virtually
  • A range of complementary therapies including massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy
  • Yoga- weekly classes with opportunities to join online
  • Healthy eating programmes- group sessions to support people make healthy meals
  • Financial advice and support- help and support on benefits entitlement and financial support
